Hosting is not a music licence — here's what you need to know.
This page explains our honest position on licensing. It is not legal advice. Confirm your obligations with a licensing body or lawyer.
- Hosting and music licensing are separate. Buying hosting does not give you a licence to broadcast copyrighted music.
- No standard worldwide music licence is included with any hosting plan.
- You're responsible for obtaining the rights to broadcast your content, including any music royalties required in your country.
- We do not sell a fixed-price PPL licence without a verified fulfilment arrangement. If licensing help becomes available, it will be clearly described here.
- We can point you to licensing organisations, but we don't give legal advice on your licensing obligations.
